First ISENC Conference in Manchester: A Journey of Learning, Connection and Community
I returned from my first ISENC Conference in Manchester feeling intellectually stretched and genuinely supported. Years of reading papers turned into real conversations, laughter, and deep reflection. Beyond knowledge, I gained clarity about the community I belong to—one that values honesty, support, and life beyond work alone. I didn’t pass out meeting everyone… only when I got home.

From Japan to the Middle East: Advancing Culturally Inclusive Sports Nutrition
I presented to the IOC Sports Nutrition on my work in culturally inclusive food provision for travelling athletes, from a Japanese perspective in the Middle East. Sharing this with global practitioners—and academics I deeply admire—reinforced that this is no niche topic, but a growing necessity. I’ll keep focusing on practical solutions: one athlete, one environment, one step at a time.

Launching the TUNED Insight Series: Bridging Science and Practice in Sports Nutrition
I hosted my first TUNED Insight Series webinar with Owens Performance Solutions. Working with Dan Owens reaffirmed a core belief: real change happens when strong science meets behaviour in practice. This series creates a space for honest, regionally relevant discussion in the Middle East. The next session will focus on Ramadan and practical athlete support.
